Our History

Mango Solutions Limited emerged from Impactix Investigations Limited in April 2025, founded by Brett Gray, a seasoned investigator with over 12 years of experience in the field of litigation fraud and 25 years within the security industry. The company was born out of a vision to provide specialised investigative services that catered to the growing need for meticulous, evidence-based solutions in the legal industry.

In 2023, Brett saw an opportunity to revolutionise the traditional alarm response model which had remained largely unchanged for years. With a deep understanding of the limitations of existing systems and a passion for innovation, Mango Solutions proudly partnered with Aura UK Services and set out to create a mobile app that would leverage cutting-edge technology to provide faster, more reliable, and more effective security solutions.

Mango Solutions launched its first transformative product: the Mango panic and alarm response app powered by real-time data and advanced algorithms. The app can work independently or seamlessly integrate with existing alarm systems to add layers of intelligence that set it apart from traditional offerings.
